Is XPI CRM really free?
Yes. Every feature is included with no credit card. The optional Enterprise plan adds people: premium support, guided onboarding and help with migration.
Can XPI fully replace ClientSuccess?
For core customer success work (health, renewals, playbooks, tickets, surveys, dashboards), yes. If you rely on ClientSuccess's meeting recording, customer onboarding portals or product feedback tool, XPI doesn't cover those.
Is there a limit on how many clients I can track?
No. XPI has no cap on clients or records, so you don't move to a bigger plan as your customer base grows.
Does XPI include support tickets?
Yes. Tickets with priorities and SLA rules sit next to each client's health and renewals, so you don't need a separate help desk to see support problems on an account.
Does it work with Claude and ChatGPT?
