Is it really free?
Yes. The full platform is free to use, as it is. There is no trial period and no feature limit. Help on the Free plan is community help only, and the platform is provided as is (see the terms).
What does Enterprise add?
People. Premium support with agreed response times, guided onboarding, help migrating your data, workshops to design your health score and playbooks, and training for your team. Contact us and we’ll put together a plan for you.
Where is my data stored?
In our cloud database in the EU (Ireland), separated per workspace by access rules, encrypted in transit and at rest, and backed up regularly. You can export your data at any time.
Can we change it to fit our process?
Yes. Admins can add objects and fields, write formulas, design page layouts, set roles and automate playbooks without writing code.
