Is XPI CRM really free?
Yes, for up to 100 clients and 1,000 contacts, with every feature included and no credit card. Above that, or when you want premium support, guided onboarding and help with migration, talk to us about the Enterprise plan.
Can XPI fully replace Custify?
For core customer success work (health, renewals, playbooks, tickets, dashboards), yes. If you rely on Custify's AI agents, its customer portal or sending surveys from the platform today, XPI doesn't cover those yet.
Do I need a demo to get started?
No. Sign up, load sample data or import a CSV, and start working. If you'd like help, the Enterprise plan adds guided onboarding.
Does XPI include support tickets?
Yes. Tickets with priorities and SLA rules sit next to each client's health and renewals, so you don't need a separate help desk to see support problems on an account.
Does it work with Claude and ChatGPT?
