Customer success without building it in Salesforce
Salesforce is the standard CRM for sales teams, and you can shape it into almost anything. But it has no ready-made customer success workspace: health scores, renewal views and playbooks are usually built by an admin, or added with an app from AppExchange. XPI CRM is built only for customer success, with all of that ready on day one. It's free for up to 100 clients and works next to Salesforce.
- Every feature included
- No credit card
- Free up to 100 clients
Which one fits your team?
Salesforce is a strong choice if…
- your company runs sales, service and finance in Salesforce and wants customer success in the same place
- you have a Salesforce admin (or partner) who can build fields, flows and reports for CS
- you need deep customisation, industry editions or Agentforce agents across the business
XPI CRM is a better fit if…
- you want health scores, renewals and playbooks working today, without an admin project
- you want ARR, GRR and NRR movement out of the box, without building reports
- you track up to 100 clients and don't want to buy extra Salesforce seats for your CS team

Using XPI next to Salesforce
Export your accounts and contacts from Salesforce as CSV, with a report export or Data Export.
Import them into XPI with the CSV importer. Map columns to fields and you're done.
Keep Salesforce for sales. Send new customers, renewals and usage to XPI with the API or webhooks (or an automation tool), and run health, renewals and playbooks in XPI.

Questions
Is XPI CRM really free?
Yes, for up to 100 clients and 1,000 contacts, with every feature included and no credit card. Above that, or when you want premium support, guided onboarding and help with migration, talk to us about the Enterprise plan.
Do I have to leave Salesforce?
No. Many CS teams keep Salesforce as the company's system for sales and use XPI for customer success. XPI doesn't replace Salesforce's sales, service or marketing products.
Does XPI sync with Salesforce automatically?
Not with a built-in sync today. You can import from Salesforce by CSV, and connect the two with XPI's API and webhooks or an automation tool.
Can't I just do customer success in Salesforce?
You can. Salesforce can be shaped to track health, renewals and playbooks, either built by an admin or with a customer success app from AppExchange. XPI gives you those on day one, without a build project or extra seats.
Does it work with Claude and ChatGPT?
Yes, and it's included. Connect XPI as an AI connector and ask about renewals at risk, client overviews or your day. Connect an AI assistant
Where is my data stored?
In the EU (Ireland).
