Your client spreadsheet, without the renewal surprises
Most customer success teams start in Excel or Google Sheets, and that's a sensible start: it's flexible, familiar and already paid for. It gets harder as clients grow: nobody is reminded when a renewal is close, a health score is a colour someone forgot to update, and nobody knows which copy is the right one. XPI CRM keeps the simplicity and adds reminders, health scores and history. Import your sheet in minutes; it's free for up to 100 clients.
- Every feature included
- No credit card
- Free up to 100 clients
Which one fits your team?
A spreadsheet is enough if…
- you look after a handful of clients and one person keeps the sheet up to date
- renewals are few and far apart, and you remember them without reminders
- you mostly need a list, not a daily work queue
XPI CRM is a better fit if…
- renewals or churn have surprised you because nobody looked at the sheet in time
- more than one person works on the same clients and you need to know who changed what
- you want health scores, ARR movement and tasks per client without building formulas

Moving your sheet into XPI
Save your sheet as CSV (in Google Sheets: File → Download → CSV; in Excel: Save as → CSV). One file per tab, for example clients and contacts.
Import it into XPI with the CSV importer. Map your columns to fields, check the preview, and you're done.
Keep the sheet if you like. XPI exports every list back to CSV whenever you need it.
