What happened to Totango?
In September 2026 Totango renamed itself Odie and now leads with an AI customer knowledge engine. Odie says existing Totango and Catalyst customers keep the same contract, pricing and product.
Is XPI CRM a Catalyst alternative too?
Yes. Catalyst merged with Totango in 2024 and is now a Totango product. If you're looking at either one, XPI covers the same core customer success work: health, renewals, playbooks, tickets and surveys.
Is XPI CRM really free?
Yes. Every feature is included with no credit card. The optional Enterprise plan adds people: premium support, guided onboarding and help with migration.
Can XPI fully replace Odie?
For core customer success work (health, renewals, playbooks, tickets, surveys, dashboards), yes. If you want AI that reads every call, email and meeting to build a customer knowledge base for your own agents, XPI doesn't do that.
Does it work with Claude and ChatGPT?
