Which one fits your team?
Vitally is a strong choice if…
- you want shared docs and project management to run onboarding and success plans with your customers
- you want AI that records your meetings and writes account summaries for you
- you're ready for a demo, a quote and a trial sandbox set up with your data
XPI CRM is a better fit if…
- you have a small or growing CS team and want to start without a sales call

Questions
Is XPI CRM really free?
Yes. Every feature is included with no credit card. The optional Enterprise plan adds people: premium support, guided onboarding and help with migration.
Can XPI fully replace Vitally?
For core customer success work (health, renewals, playbooks, tickets, surveys, dashboards), yes. If you rely on Vitally's shared docs, project management with customers or its AI meeting recorder, XPI doesn't cover those.
Does XPI include support tickets?
Yes. Tickets with priorities and SLA rules sit next to each client's health and renewals, so you don't need a separate help desk to see support problems on an account.
How long does switching take?
You can import CSV files the day you sign up. Most of the work is deciding on your health score and playbooks, which XPI gives you defaults for.
Does it work with Claude and ChatGPT?
Yes, and it's included. Connect XPI as an AI connector and ask about renewals at risk, client overviews or your day. Connect an AI assistant
Where is my data stored?
In the EU (Ireland).
