Can XPI fully replace SmartKarrot?
For core customer success work (health, renewals, playbooks, tickets, dashboards), yes. If you rely on SmartKarrot's customer portal, call intelligence or sending NPS surveys from the platform today, XPI doesn't cover those yet.
Do I need a demo or an annual contract?
No. Sign up, load sample data or import a CSV, and start working. If you'd like help, the Enterprise plan adds guided onboarding.
Does XPI include support tickets?
