Can XPI fully replace Staircase AI?
Not for automatic email and call analysis: XPI doesn't read your inbox or meetings to score sentiment. What XPI covers is the work around it (health, renewals, playbooks, tickets, dashboards) in one tool, without needing a second platform.
Do I need Gainsight to use XPI?
No. XPI is a complete customer success CRM on its own.
Do I need a demo to get started?
